John Grandestaff is our Local Lodge 1759 Secretary-Treasurer.
He is the disbursing officer of the Local Lodge.
Specific duties are listed below.
Collects dues and
other income
and deposits them in the bank. Makes out and signs checks.
Keeps an account of
all receipts and
disbursements
and makes a report at the membership meeting.
Keeps records of
dues payments by each
member.
Sends per capita
tax payment
and a report on the members to the IAM General Secretary-Treasurer each month.
